What time does my booking start and end?

Your booking time includes setup and pack-down. Please allow enough time within your booked session.

Can I film video content in the studio?

Yes - the space is great for video, reels, TikToks and Youtube content. Please be aware the area is not sound-proof and there may be noise from the rest of Serve Studio while you shoot. If you require a quiet hire, please get in touch prior to booking.

Is there natural light?

The cyc wall is primarily soft-box lit but there are sheer curtains opposite that diffuse natural light and can be opened if preferred. 

​

 

Is the space private?

Yes bookings are private and not shared with other clients but please note there may be other people working at Serve Studio on the other side of the curtain. If you need the space to be quiet for your content then please get in touch prior to booking and we will accommodate.

Can I bring additional equipment?

Absolutely! Tripods, backdrops, lighting and filming gear are welcome.

Will I have access to Wi-Fi?

Yes, and it’s super speedy!

​

 

Do you repaint the cyc wall?

We maintain the cyc wall to keep it photo-ready. If you require a fresh repaint before your session, please request this when booking.

Is there space for outfit changes?

Yes - we definitely recommend bringing multiple outfits to get the most out of your studio hire! There is a dedicated styling area with clothing rail and full-length mirror next to the cyc wall.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes of course, we have a dedicated co-work table in the centre as well as complimentary barista style coffee and hot drinks available. We only ask not to consume food or coloured drinks whilst on the cyc wall. We are also right next door to a Sainsbury's.
